As an employer of apprentices, we are committed to providing our young workers with the support, guidance and encouragement they need to succeed, both in the workplace and throughout their college training.

Our role doesn’t stop when they leave the workplace for college. We encourage our apprentices to ask questions, build their confidence, develop new skills and take ownership of their learning, while knowing that there is always someone here to support them.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Stephanie Davis to Business Operations Manager.

Since joining the company Stephanie has consistently demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to improving efficiency and from my short time in the business, has been widely recognised, as the backbone to most of our functions across MMS.

In recognition of Stephanie’s expanding responsibilities and valuable contributions, this promotion reflects her increased focus on supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring the smooth delivery of operational objectives across the organisation.
