Martin joined Mechanical in 2023 and is the company Finance Director. An FCCA-qualified accountant with over 25 years of experience, Martin has a strong background in both statutory reporting and commercial finance. Beyond his core responsibilities, Martin plays a key role in procurement and finance transformations. Martin background in accountancy practice gives him a diverse experience across multiple industries, including construction, property and real estate, manufacturing and retail, with a strong foundation in accounting and auditing.

Dave Mcloughlin
With over 30 years’ experience in the mechanical pipework and building services industry, I bring a practical, solution-focused approach to operations. As Operations Manager, I oversee project delivery, support our teams, and ensure we consistently meet the highest standards of quality and performance. My strength lies in building strong relationships and resolving challenges efficiently and professionally.

Marc Hodgson
Originating from a pipe fitting background, and with over 35 years industry experience, Marc is our Mechanical Contracts Manager with proven expertise in delivering mechanical building services projects from concept to completion. Skilled in contract management, cost control, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Focused on delivering high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction.

Alicia Bentley-Leek
A Health & Safety consultant specialising primarily in construction, building services (HVACR), engineering/architecture and hospitality sectors. Alicia oversees and manages Health & Safety matters across the projects, including environmental and quality aspects.

Stephanie Davis
Stephanie has 10 years’ experience as an Office Manager in the planning and construction industry which has involved a wide range of responsibilities from supporting a board of Directors, managing HR documents to maintaining company accreditation's, updating media platforms, streamlining processes, and coordinates a variety of business projects.
